For the dough:

  • 300 grams of butter

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 / 2 bunch of parsley (minced)

How To?

Ground meat For Mortar:

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add the ground beef and sauté until the water has been rolled out. Add the onion you have chopped and continue to roast. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the stove.

For Cheese Mortar:

  • Mix curd cheese and chopped parsley in a bowl.

Preparation of Dough

  • Melt the butter in a deep saucepan. Add flour and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the water slowly over the roasted flour and eat well. Mix by pressing gently with a spatula or wooden spoon.
  • When you have a rolled dough, remove the pan from the stove and let the dough warm inside the pan at room temperature.
  • While the dough is in the pot, add the eggs one by one and eat them well. Pick tangerine-sized pieces from the soft dough you have obtained and roll them in your hand and place them on the baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Dip your finger in the middle of the dough on the tray and open the pits with small touches. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.
  • Fill with minced or cheese mortar after removing from oven
