Teriyaki Salmon with Orange


  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt

For the sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • ⅓ Glass of Orange Juice
  • 1 Tea Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tea Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tea Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

For the above:

  • 2 Green Onions, finely sliced
  • Sesame


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the salmon fillets side by side on the baking sheet laid with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle an equal amount of garlic powder and salt over the fillets. Lift the sides of the greaseproof paper to lightly cover the salmon. Place the tray in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  • When the salmon is cooked, mix the corn starch and the cold water in a bowl and leave it on an edge. In another bowl; sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and garlic paste.
