Ingredients for Florentine Vegetable Soup Recipe

  • 15 mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • Half a glass of peas
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to make Florence-style vegetable soup

Wash the mushrooms and chop them small. Wash tomatoes, carrots and zucchini and cut into cubes. Boil water in a pot. Boil peas, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini thoroughly. Add salt and pepper close to baking.
